In just over 10 years, BizReach has grown to a company made up of more than 1,300 highly skilled people, and 25 of them being the newly hired fresh graduates last year. The same people have contributed to its success in providing services to more than 9,100 companies.
Moreover, the company supports its employees in different spectacular ways. 40% of its employees transferred to other career paths, and the company is in full support in their decision with their system called “Hands Up!” where employees who desire to independently select another career within the company are allowed to do so. Altogether, its success is reflected in its significant growth in sales. In 2019, its sales growth rate is reported to be at 37%. These sets of data undoubtedly exhibits great potential in the future.

The man behind the company's success is Soichiro Minami, the founder and current CEO of BizReach. Before the company’s establishment, he experienced the same struggles as most companies did when he was in the process of gathering his management team. There was no online platform that could have simplified this process so he had to resort to recruitment agencies.
Minami expressed emphasis on how important this part was as they were the building blocks to creating a successful company.
