Masashi Egawa, the current CEO of Accenture Japan, has led the acquisition of a majority stake in Japan's leading digital marketing company. He believes that in order to provide the best services to customers, the company needs to create a work environment in which employees can perform their maximum strengths. Therefore, Accenture Japan has established regulations such as reducing overtime hours while still improving business results, increasing the ratio of female employees as part of expanding employee diversity. The initiative has gained reputation for the company, and has greatly contributed to the improvement of the status of Japanese subsidiaries.

Headquartered in Minaku, Tokyo, the company itself is now comprised of approximately 15,000 employees. How to work in Accenture Japan (Full-time Positions)

There are a lot of opportunities in Accenture, ranging from fresh graduates, experienced workers to people with disabilities. However, this article will be focused on opening positions for new graduates. Although their 2020 recruitments has been closed, they are opening the recruitment for 2021 graduates. Last year, Accenture recruited around 301 people who are graduated from either universities or graduate schools. According to their websites and other job-hunting sites, there are 2 types of positions they are recruiting, which are listed below:

Business technology consultant: you will have golden chances to get informed and solve complex business case challenges from clients, making use of recent advanced technology to execute projects.

Solution engineer: this position requires high expertise in IT, more specifically in system development, maintenance and operation because you will take responsibility for developing and operating software applications for businesses. This position is also opened for people with disabilities.

How to work in Accenture Japan (Internship Opportunities)

Because of the complexity in job tasks, Accenture does not provide various internship opportunities for college students. However, they usually offer few-day internships so that students can get to know about not only about the company but also about consulting industry.
