Last but not least is the “Selective internship”. The top 1% students that participated in the CyberAgent’s internship are then selected again to participate in what is called as the DRAFT & ITADAKI Internships.

The concept of these two internships are different from those that are mentioned above, DRAFT is an internship for those who want to be a business manager. Here, you will be able to participate in the DRAFT’s training camp and receive the DRAFT’s special goods! You will be selected directly by the President of CyberAgent, Susumu Fujita, so be sure to do your best and stand out!

Different from the DRAFT internship, the ITADAKI internship is for those aiming to be leaders. After you are selected by 2 directors, Director Miki Ukita and Director Riku Yamada, you will also participate in a training camp.

You will have to go through the 2-3 times selection process until you can do the internship. Only 20 people out of hundreds of participants will be picked.
